Oyster mushrooms have a delicate texture and mild, savory flavor. They are renowned for absorbing flavours while adding their own subtle tones. Oysters are great with seafood, chicken, stir fry, and even make a great schnitzel substitute crumbed and lightly fried.
These mushrooms are grown on our farm, harvested fresh each week.
