Lion’s mane mushrooms are large, white, shaggy mushrooms that resemble a lion’s mane as they grow. They are a delicious meaty mushroom with a unique flavour and texture.
Many describe their flavor as “seafood-like,” often comparing it to crab or lobster. They contain bioactive substances that are said to have beneficial effects on the body, especially the brain, heart and gut.
