Microgreens are young salad greens that contain high concentrations of important vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and plant compounds. They are highly bioavailable which means that they are easy to digest and the nutrients are easily extracted.
They are considered baby plants, falling somewhere between a sprout and baby green.
We grow them in our own organic medium in temperature-controlled grow rooms.
Varieties available will vary from week to week, but can include: broccoli, mustard, radish and sunflower.
Simply add them to your favourite meals, smoothies, juices, salads, sandwiches, rolls, and wraps for an extra nutrient boost.
