These pickled mushrooms have been prepared by Kieltys Irish in Mittagong using our blue and white oyster mushrooms. Two flavours available - (1) Sage & Lemon or (2) Smoked Chilli.
They are packed with flavour and make a great addition to salads or entertaining platters.
