These gourmet mushroom packs include a mix of lions mane, chestnut and oyster mushrooms. They each have a unique flavour and texture and are renowned for absorbing flavours while adding their own subtle tones. These mushrooms are great with seafood, chicken, stir fry, and even make a great schnitzel substitute crumbed and lightly fried.
These mushrooms are grown on our farm, harvested fresh each week.
