Mussett Holdings Farm is located in the beautiful Southern Highlands focused on sustainability and regeneration. We are completely off-grid with no mains connection, using wind and solar for all our energy needs.
We started the farm in 2016 to show our kids where their food comes from. We also wanted to create a sustainable and regenerative farm focused on doing the right thing for the environment, the animals, our family and the community, producing fresh and nutrient rich food.
Farm Tours For Everyone
Come and experience a true working farm where you can learn about regenerative farming, get hands on and have fun along the way.
Tours run every Saturday morning and in school holidays.
Tailor made private tours also available for schools, community or corporate groups.
What We Do
Our hens lay pastured eggs
Our pastured farm fresh eggs are a mix of shapes and colours because they are real eggs, not factory ones.
We grow gourmet mushrooms
These mushrooms are grown on our farm, in a special growing space powered 100% by solar and wind.
Our honey is raw and natural
This honey is made from 100% nectar from our farm! No sugar added and no heat treatment.
Our microgreens are fresh and nutrient dense
Microgreens are rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and plant compounds. And best of all, they are highly bioavailable.
