1. Spelt Blend White Sourdough - A luscious white sourdough with a touch of olive oil in the dough. Perfect for sandwiches, and simply amazing for toast. Spelt flour makes up 10% of the flour mix, and that's enough to make ALL the difference. The olive oil helps keep the bread moist and offers this bread a lovely smooth texture. This cob recently won Bronze in the prestigious Sydney Royal Fine Food competition professional bakery division 2021.
Ingredients: Flour mix (unbleached white 90%, spelt 10%), water, sourdough starter, salt, olive oil, maize polenta.
2. ORGANIC series - Multi Grain Sourdough - This loaf is made with ORGANIC flours and offers everything you'd expect and more. The healthy combination of grains are presoaked overnight, melting into the bread when baked. By adding in some whole wheat flour, the combination of grain, whole wheat and a sprinkle of seeds on top ensures a nutritious and super tasty, earthy style.
Superb fresh for a sandwich, or equally at home as toast, you simply won't find a sourdough multigrain as good as this anywhere near your local supermarket

3. Fig, Olive & Rosemary Sourdough - Delicious is an understatement - fast becoming a local legend! Our most popular flavoured bread, this cob recently won Bronze in the prestigious Sydney Royal Fine Food competition professional bakery division 2021.
